What kind of offers are included in this promotion?
There are two kinds of offers available on the site.
Stay & Play - includes free attraction passes for two guests per room based on the length of your stay and the type of hotel you choose.
Dine & Unwind - includes free attraction, spa and dinner experiences for 1 guest per room based on the length of your stay and the type of hotel you choose.
Do I have to pay extra for the attractions?
The number of complimentary attraction/experience tickets you receive per room depends on the type of package you choose. If you wish to add additional tickets to your booking, you can do so before checking out by clicking on the "Add additional tickets" checkbox or by simply adding more rooms to your booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and other digital payment options. More information is provided in the payment section during checkout.
What is the cancellation policy?
Standard cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made 30 days before the start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date will not be refunded.
Can I combine these offers with other promotions or discounts?
These offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
What are the complimentary tickets?
