What is the Flash Sale Campaign?
The Flash Sale Campaign is a limited-time campaign offering tourists visiting Dubai a flat 30% discounts on hotels when they book for a minimum of 5 days. We offer a price match guarantee to assure competitive rates. If you find a cheaper rate on the hotel's own website within 48 hours of your booking, we will be happy to not only match our prices but also offer an additional 5% discount.
Who is eligible for this offer?
This offer is exclusively for tourists visiting Dubai. Proof of residence (passport, visa, or travel documents) may be required at check-in.
What are the booking and stay periods?
Booking Window: 24 April to 15 May 2025
Stay Period: 1 June to 30 September 2025
How can I book this offer?
You can book directly through our website during between 24 April and 15 May 2025. Simply choose your stay dates, and if eligible, the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Can I extend my stay beyond 5 nights?
Yes, you can extend your stay for as many nights as you like and your discount will be auto-applied to your entire length of stay.
If I am staying for 3 days, will I still get the discount?
Unfortunately, the 30% discount is only available for a minimum stay of 5 days. If your stay is shorter, please drop us a note at care@alike.io and our team will be happy to assist you with another package.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Modification and cancellation policies vary by hotel. Please check the individual hotel's terms before booking. Any modifications may result in the loss of the discount as all bookings under this offer are non-refundable.
Is this offer available for group bookings?
The offer applies to individual bookings only and is subject to room availability. For group or Agent Bookings, please contact us at care@alike.io for assistance.
Can I combine this offer with other promotions?
No, this offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, or loyalty rewards.
What happens if I book within the offer period but need to change my travel dates?
If you need to adjust your stay dates, the discount will still apply as long as the new dates fall within the Sale - Stay Period i.e. 1 June to 30 September. Any difference in hotel rates due to the date change will be charged accordingly. Please note that the new reservation requests will be subject to hotel availability.
Do I need a promo code to avail this offer?
No promo code is required! The discount will be automatically applied at checkout if your booking meets all eligibility criteria.
Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
No, bookings are non-transferable and must be under the same name as the original reservation. A valid ID matching the booking name will be required at check-in.
What if I check out earlier than my booked stay?
If you decide to check out before your scheduled departure date, the amount paid for the remaining nights will be non-refundable.
Are there any additional taxes or fees?
Yes, you will have to pay a Tourism Dirham Fee at check-in. Charges are applied per room per night, based on hotel category:
5-star hotels: AED 20
4-star hotels: AED 15
3-star hotels: AED 10
