This offer is exclusively for tourists and is not available for UAE residents. Guests may be required to present proof of non-residency (passport, visa, or travel confirmation) at check-in. Failure to do so may result in the standard rate being applied.

A flat discount of 30% applies for all stays of 5 days or longer.

The discount is automatically applied at checkout for eligible bookings and cannot be applied retroactively.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation and modification policies vary by hotel. Any changes to the booking may result in the loss of the discount.

Early check-out: If a guest checks out before their scheduled departure date, the amount paid for the remaining nights will not be refunded.

This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs.

Taxes, service charges, and other applicable fees are not included in the discount and will be charged separately.

In the event of an unforeseen circumstance (e.g., overbooking, operational issues, or hotel closure), the hotel reserves the right to relocate the guest to a different hotel of the same category at no additional cost.

Guests will be notified as soon as possible in such cases, and all efforts will be made to ensure a smooth transition.
